Your age is Under (13,15,17 etc) on the 31st August towards the end of the season; however, the outdoor season goes on for a further month....throughout September each year.  

*valid from 1st October until 30th September for Track & Field.  Note that Track & Field age groups applies to Indoor Athletics.

All the above age groups are subject to constant change and Cross Country could be slightly wrong.
